Processing Time
The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within one business day.
Additional verifications may exceptionally extend this timeframe.
Receiving the Funds
Once your withdrawal is approved, the amount is sent in 1 to 3 business days to your bank account.
The time to receive the funds then depends on your banking institution.
Withdrawal Pending
As long as your request is being processed, it will appear as "pending".
In this situation, you can still cancel your withdrawal from your account → section "History" > "Withdrawals"
