I can’t log into my account. Why?

If you can no longer log in to your Blitz Casino account, there are several possible reasons:

• You have entered the wrong password several times. For your security, your account has therefore been blocked. To recover it, please contact our customer service.

• You have activated a 6-month self-exclusion. If you have activated a temporary self-exclusion on our website, your account is blocked until the end of this period. To recover your account at the end of the 6 months, please contact our customer service.

• You have been banned from gaming by the Belgian Gaming Commission. It is no longer possible to access your account.

• You have infringed the rules of use of our website. For more information, please read our general conditions of use.

• A technical problem could have occurred on our website. Please try to log in again later.
